From time to time I engage in what I call friend-of-a-friend browsing, usually for webcomics. The process works like this: Go to the links page of a website that you frequent. Click a link to somewhere you haven't been before. Go immediately to the links page of the new site you have found yourself at. Click something that looks interesting. An alternate version of this game is to use the first recommended link on either or both sites, should they be blog-like in nature, instead of picking something from the links page.
Today I discovered Wondermark by this process. It's now included in my comics list on the left of this page.
