So I had a job interview today, which went pretty well I think. Should be hearing back one way or another within a week.

With that out of the way, I took the evening off and did the WoW thing. They've currently got the new version of the forums up in beta testing, and I discovered that the General forum there is a mystical thing from Bizarro World, where 95% of the posters are articulate and well-punctuated, and 5% are idiots.

In which a long discussion about tanking and how it relates to paladins, druids, and warriors is had, and eventually slows to a halt because all of the salient points have been made. A shaman and warrior drop by to provide some perspective. The shaman agrees with the majority of the paladins' points. The warrior also agrees, and further explains why many protection warriors get defensive when the topic is raised. The paladins recognize the plight of the protection warrior and make some suggestions that would improve the situation for all parties involved. (Link)
