If I find a large amount of gold, for example if a dead dwarf shows up in my safety-deposit box in Stormwind, then I may pick up the Soulforge set for my paladin, but my mage isn't touching Sorcerer's with a ten-foot Halberd of Smiting. What pieces of Magister's I have, I wear when I'm doing AoE or decursing and need the mana. Sorcerer's trades a bit of int for a bit of spell damage, and spirit for stam. If I need spell damage, I have better already, and if I need tons of mana, Magister's is better. I guess it's good PvP armor? Sort of?

I can say "and it'll all be irrelevant because I'm running MC" but that's not really a fair way of evaluating the set.

Other stuff in the patch, um, let's see... the flightpath from Ironforge to EPL is appreciated, as is the overhauled flightpath system as a whole. Priests got some stuff! I've had a slightly easier time against them in PvP since the patch, dunno why.; 4:44 AM, April 04, 2006
